CreatorViral is an AI-powered content creation platform that helps creators convert long-form videos into short-form viral clips. Our service includes automated clip detection, subtitle generation, AI post-processing, and social media publishing tools.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CreatorViral. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain full ownership of all videos you upload and clips generated from your content. CreatorViral does not claim any ownership rights over your content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver your content as part of the service.
We keep the media files of your clips for 30 days from the moment they are created. After that window we delete the stored files — the video, its thumbnail and its transcript file — to control storage costs. What we keep is the clip's record: its title, description, score, subtitles and editing settings all remain, so your run history stays intact and readable. The clip is then shown as expired in the app.
Preview renders used by the in-app editor are kept for 7 days and are regenerated automatically the next time you open the editor, so their removal costs you nothing.
Download or publish anything you want to keep before the 30 days are up. The app warns you in advance on each clip while there is still time to act.
CreatorViral integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram (Reels), and YouTube (Shorts). When you connect your social media accounts, you explicitly authorize CreatorViral to:
You can disconnect any social media account at any time through your settings. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access to post on your behalf.
Our AI post-processing agent may generate titles, adjust clip boundaries, and apply text overlays. All AI-generated modifications are editable by you before publishing. CreatorViral is not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
CreatorViral offers two subscription plans, billed in USD: Starter at $19/month or $228/year, and Pro from $49/month. There is no permanent free plan; you can evaluate the service through the anonymous, watermarked demo or the 7-day free trial described below.
Pro is sold by capacity. Each capacity level adds $49/month (or $408/year) and 1,600 credits per month: Pro at capacity N costs N × $49/month and includes N × 1,600 credits per month. Monthly billing supports capacity 1× to 5×. Capacity 6× to 10× is available only with annual billing.
Beyond credits, each plan includes:
Annual billing is paid upfront for 12 months. On Pro it costs 30% less than paying monthly for the same capacity; on Starter the annual price is the monthly price for 12 months, with no discount. On an annual subscription the credits for all 12 months are granted at once, when the term starts — not month by month (see Credits below).
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card number; Stripe collects and processes your payment details as our payment processor under its own terms. Taxes are calculated and added via Stripe Tax where applicable. Charges appear on your statement as CREATORVIRAL.
If a charge fails, Stripe retries it automatically (Smart Retries). While a charge remains unpaid your subscription is past due and access may be suspended; subscriptions that stay unpaid are canceled.
Credits are how usage is measured: 1 credit equals roughly 1 minute of video. Starter includes 800 credits per month. Pro includes 1,600 credits per month per capacity level. Credits per month is the unit we price in; what is actually granted is a whole billing term, which is one month on monthly billing and 12 months on annual billing.
Credits are deducted at three points, and nowhere else:
Plan credits are granted at the start of each billing term: one month’s worth on a monthly subscription, and all 12 months’ worth at once on an annual subscription. Unused plan credits expire at the end of the term they were granted in and do not roll over — a monthly term ends after one month, an annual term after 12. If you change capacity in the middle of a term, the grant is adjusted for the part of the term that remains, in the same proportion as the price difference Stripe charges or refunds. Credits you buy separately are not plan credits and follow section 7b instead.
Plan credits can only be spent while your subscription is active. They are the counterpart of a running subscription, not separate property: if your subscription is past due or canceled, your plan credits stop being spendable, and whatever remains of the term becomes spendable again if the subscription becomes active again before the term ends. Purchased credits behave differently — they become dormant rather than unspendable, and section 7b describes them.
On top of your plan’s term credits you can buy extra credits as a credit pack. A pack is a one-time payment, not a subscription: it does not renew and it does not change your plan. The packs are 500 credits for $25, 1,600 credits for $60, and 5,000 credits for $170. Buying a pack requires an active subscription, because purchased credits can only be spent while you have one.
Purchased credits expire 365 days (12 months) after the date of purchase. Whatever is left of a pack on that date stops being usable. It is not refunded, not extended and not converted into anything else. The 12-month term is fixed at the moment you buy — a later change to this policy does not shorten or lengthen a pack you already own — and it runs on calendar time: it does not pause while your subscription is inactive, and it does not pause while the pack is frozen under section 7c.
Plan credits are spent first, purchased credits last. Your plan’s credits expire at the end of the billing term, so every charge draws on those before touching what you paid for separately. Among your packs, the oldest purchase is spent first.
Purchased credits can only be spent while your subscription is active. If you cancel, or your subscription lapses for non-payment, purchased credits are not deleted: they become dormant. They stay in your account, remain visible in the app, and become spendable again in full as soon as you have an active subscription — but, as stated above, their 12-month expiry keeps running while they are dormant, and a pack that expires while dormant is gone.
Purchased credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in section 7c or where the law requires it. The app shows you, at any time, how many of your purchased credits are spendable, dormant, frozen or expired.
While a chargeback or payment dispute is open on a charge that bought credits, the credits from that purchase are frozen: they stay in your account and remain visible, but they cannot be spent until the dispute is resolved. While a dispute is open on your account you also cannot buy further packs. Freezing is a hold, not a penalty: it exists so the same credits are not spent while the payment for them is being reversed.
If the dispute is resolved in our favour, or the payment is otherwise restored, the frozen credits are released in full and can be spent again.
If the dispute is decided against us and the payment is reversed, the credits from that purchase are voided. Voiding is permanent: whatever was left of the pack is withdrawn from your account and does not come back, and a later reversal of that outcome does not restore it. Credits from that purchase that you had already spent are not undone — the processing they paid for already happened — and are recorded as outstanding. When credits from a reversed purchase had already been spent, we may also block further purchases on the account until you contact us.
If we issue a refund on a pack, in whole or in part, we withdraw the corresponding credits in proportion to the money returned, and a full refund voids the pack. Credits you had already spent are not clawed back from work already delivered; they are recorded as outstanding, and any credits that later return to that pack — for example because a job it paid for was canceled — are applied to that record before they return to your spendable balance. A refund we issue does not by itself block purchases on your account.
New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, and trial usage is capped at 150 credits. On day 7 the payment method on file is charged automatically for the plan you selected, unless you cancel before the trial ends — canceling during the trial costs nothing.
The free trial is available only on your first subscription. If you have subscribed before, a new subscription starts billing immediately.
Upgrades — switching from Starter to Pro, or increasing Pro capacity — apply immediately. Stripe prorates the difference for the remainder of the current period, and you confirm the exact prorated amount in the Stripe Customer Portal before the change takes effect.
Downgrades — switching to a lower plan or reducing capacity — apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Until then you keep your current plan.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; you keep full access until then. Plan credits — including the full 12-month grant on an annual subscription — belong to the term they were granted in: they end with that term and are not refunded, extended or converted. We do not refund unused time on a prorated basis, except where the law requires it. Canceling does not delete credits you bought as a pack: they become dormant and return in full if you subscribe again, subject to their 12-month expiry (section 7b).
The prices, credit amounts, and plan limits in effect when you purchase a subscription stay in effect for that subscription for as long as it remains active. Future catalog changes apply only to new purchases, or to your subscription when you explicitly accept a change (for example, by switching plan or capacity). We may stop offering a plan to new customers without affecting active subscriptions on it.
Founding offer: accounts created before the published cutoff date may redeem a 30% discount on monthly billing for 12 months, within the published redemption window. It is limited to one per account and cannot be combined with other discounts. Annual billing is not eligible: it already carries a permanent 30% discount.
All charges are final. We do not issue refunds, prorated or otherwise, except where required by law. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Use the 7-day free trial to evaluate the service before your first charge. This applies to credit packs as well: a pack is a final charge, and where a refund is nonetheless issued or a payment is reversed, the credits are withdrawn as described in section 7c.
Where a refund is issued on a subscription charge, the plan credits of that term are withdrawn in proportion to the money returned, and a full refund withdraws the whole remaining grant. On an annual subscription that is the grant for all 12 months, because all 12 months were granted at once. Credits you had already spent are not clawed back: the processing they paid for already happened.
Plan limits — capacity levels, brands, automations, runs per day, and credits — are sized for your own use of the service. You may not resell or share your subscription, capacity, or credits with third parties, create multiple accounts to get around plan limits or trial and discount eligibility, or otherwise circumvent usage metering. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse these limits.
The public demo at /demo lets visitors process a single video without creating an account. Clips generated during the anonymous demo are watermarked. Anonymous users may preview and edit clips within the demo but may not download them or use them commercially. Attempting to circumvent the watermark, scrape watermarked previews for redistribution, or bypass session/rate limits is prohibited and may result in your IP being blocked from the service.
Anonymous demo sessions last up to 7 days. To download clips without a watermark and obtain a commercial license, you must create an account and start a paid subscription. When you do, your demo session clips are claimed to your new account and re-rendered without a watermark.
You may not use CreatorViral to process or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates the terms of any connected social media platform. You may not use the service in a manner that attempts to circumvent rate limits, abuse the anonymous demo, or extract watermarked previews. We reserve the right to terminate accounts and block IPs that violate these terms.
Videos uploaded to CreatorViral are processed using AI technologies including speech-to-text transcription, content analysis, and video encoding. Processed content is stored securely on cloud infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Processing times may vary based on video length, queue volume, and system capacity. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
CreatorViral is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue from social media posts.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
